Fishing in the Persian Gulf
District fishing: the South-Eastern part of the Persian Gulf.
The warm waters of the Gulf attract a huge number of fish. Two main ways of catching fish on our tours is trolling and bottom fishing. If bottom fishing you can catch many different fish, trolling attracts interesting instances.Trolling for fish species includes king mackerel, Barracuda, grouper, Kobia, queenfish and many other fish species. On the bottom fishing you can catch many types of trevallies, Saparov, groupers, and nesser, Sultan etc.
Fishing starts from the port in Dubai at 5.00 am and ends at 13.00. Later nothing to catch, the bite stops till evening. District fisheries will be determined closer to the date depending on the most efficient places in a particular period. The average distance from shore to the fishing point of 60km.
