Sea fishing in northern Norway

The fishing camp is located in the far north of Norway, 500 kilometers above the Arctic Circle. The beautiful surrounding fjords, numerous straits and archipelagos offer some of the largest fishing grounds in the world, and the sea currents provide excellent fishing. The area is home to huge halibut, catfish and Atlantic cod. Large halibut are not uncommon here, as this is one of the best places to catch them, and the camp record holder is a halibut weighing 77.6 kilograms!
Coral reef systems are also within reach. Just 1-1.5 hours and you can fish the high seas in an amazing place that is so abundant with fish that you will have to let most of your catch go because you won't be able to bring it all home!

The climate of this country varies depending on the latitudes, that is, in the South it is temperate, while the North is dominated by the subarctic climatic zone. Norway located on the same latitude with Alaska, Greenland and Siberia, but the climate in Norway is much milder. Thanks to the Gulf stream and warm air currents, the climate is much nicer than one would assume.
